Perfect location in the city center, walking distance from train station and main sightseeing places. Friendly hotel manager who greeted us and provided helpful information upon arrival. Comfortable bed and clean interior of the hotel.
Unpleasant odor in the hotel, constantly smelling like a toilet. Additional charges for tea, coffee, and water in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming guest house in a great location. The self-check-in process was straightforward, and the room was clean and comfortable. We loved the modern design and recent updates. Plus, being within walking distance to all the attractions was a huge plus. Very quiet guest house steps from train station and attractions. Blackout curtains provide light-free environment. Spacious, clean room with great water pressure. Excellent communication and efficient self check-in process. Prime location near restaurants and modern design.

We loved the excellent location in the heart of the city, close to the train station and within walking distance of all the main sightseeing places. The self auto check-in system with automatic codes made it really convenient for us to access the hotel. The room was beautifully designed with modern lighting and had a sauna and jacuzzi, a luxurious touch. We felt safe in the building and the surrounding area. It was a short walk to everything, making it very convenient for exploring the city.

The location of this guest house is perfect, just a short walk from the train station and right in the center of Florence. You'll have easy access to all the attractions, as well as a variety of restaurants and bars in the nearby streets. The rooms are modern and come with convenient amenities such as a small fridge and a coffee machine. The bathroom is spacious and the showering experience is fantastic, with multiple shower heads and a luxurious wooden-like floor.
The wifi at the guest house wasn't working during our stay, which made it quite uncomfortable as we couldn't make any other reservations or use the internet.

The convenience of Artemide Guest House impressed us. Just steps away from the train station and many attractions, it made exploring the city easy. We were also delighted to find out that the guest house was very quiet, perfect for a peaceful retreat. The room itself was clean, spacious, and had great water pressure in the shower. The self check-in process was easy, and Fabrizio, the owner, was both efficient and kind in his communication. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location of this guest house is incredibly convenient. It's just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to access transportation to explore the city. Additionally, there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby, including a supermarket and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning services and provided amenities such as shampoo, soap, and body lotion.
The check-in process can be a bit confusing, as the check-in office is located on a different street than the actual property.
