We had a fantastic stay at a charming guest house in a great location. The self-check-in process was straightforward, and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We loved the modern design and recent updates. While there was no elevator, the safe building and area made up for it. Plus, being within walking distance to all the attractions was a huge plus. I highly recommend this guest house for a wonderful stay in the heart of the city.

We loved the excellent location in the heart of the city, close to the train station and within walking distance of all the main sightseeing places. The self auto check-in system with automatic codes made it really convenient for us to access the hotel. The room was beautifully designed with modern lighting and had a sauna and jacuzzi, which was a luxurious touch. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with recent renovations. We felt safe in the building and the surrounding area. It was a short walk to everything, making it very convenient for exploring the city.

The location of this guest house is perfect, just a short walk from the train station and right in the center of Florence. You'll have easy access to all the attractions, as well as a variety of restaurants and bars in the nearby streets. The rooms are modern and come with convenient amenities such as a small fridge and a coffee machine. The bathroom is spacious and the showering experience is fantastic, with multiple shower heads and a luxurious wooden-like floor.

The wifi at the guest house wasn't working during our stay, which made it quite uncomfortable as we couldn't make any other reservations or use the internet.

Additionally, there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby, including a supermarket and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning services and provided amenities such as shampoo, soap, and body lotion.

The check-in process can be a bit confusing, as the check-in office is located on a different street than the actual property.
